The EVT-683 Automotive Wire Harness Intelligent Processing Center integrates wire feeding, cutting, stripping, terminal crimping, waterproof seal insertion, and automatic housing insertion into one complete process. With excellent flexible adaptation capability, simply changing simple fixtures allows compatibility with multiple PIN-count connector housings and various wire specifications. Process recipes can be stored and recalled with one click for fast changeover. The machine perfectly balances high-volume production and high-mix low-volume order requirements for complex automotive wire harness assembly.
