Fully Automatic Double Marker Tube Terminal Crimping Machine

This high-performance fully automatic machine is designed for complete wire processing in one seamless cycle. It automatically performs double-end wire cutting, stripping, twisting, terminal crimping, marker tube (number tube) cutting, laser marking/engraving, and precise tube insertion.

• High-speed production: Up to 850 pcs/hour for 300 mm wires. Equipped with Japanese Mitsubishi servo motors, THK linear guides and ball screws for outstanding reliability, durability and precision.
• Full automation: Wire cutting, stripping, twisting, double-end terminal crimping, marker tube cutting, laser printing/engraving and tube insertion are all completed automatically.
• Twisting function before the crimping station effectively prevents flying strands when inserting cold-pressed terminals.
• Compatible with both tubular ferrules (closed-barrel) and open-barrel terminals.
• Touch-screen digital control for cutting length, stripping length and insulation depth — simple, intuitive and easy to operate.
