The ZOKO-078 Fully Automatic Dual-End Terminal Crimping Machine with Waterproof Plug Seal Insertion is a high-efficiency, all-in-one wire processing solution designed for modern wire harness production. This advanced machine integrates automatic wire cutting, stripping, silicone waterproof plug (seal) insertion, and terminal crimping on both ends in a single continuous cycle. Ideal for automotive, electronics, and industrial cable applications, it delivers consistent quality, high productivity, and reduced labor costs. When waterproof plug insertion is not required, the machine can be easily configured for dual-end terminal crimping or stripping only.
Key Technical Features
- Fully automatic one-stop process: wire cutting, stripping, waterproof plug insertion, and terminal crimping. Operators can disable plug insertion and set the machine for terminal crimping or stripping only.
- Advanced “plug-first, strip-second” structure effectively prevents poor crimping and flying copper strands, ensuring higher yield and better electrical reliability.
- Both ends of the wire can be cut, stripped, and crimped. Optional pressure monitoring system is available for real-time quality control.
