The EVT-701B Fully Automatic Double-Side Crimping and Single-Side Housing Insertion Machine is a high-efficiency one-stop solution for wire harness production. It performs double-side terminal crimping and precise single-side housing (socket/connector) insertion in a single fully automatic process. Different wire lengths are supported on both ends, making it ideal for multi-color, multi-PIN wire harnesses that require flexible length configurations.

This fully automatic double-side crimping and single-side housing insertion machine completes the entire workflow—wire feeding, cutting, stripping, terminal crimping, automatic housing feeding, and accurate single-end insertion—without manual intervention. One end of the wire is crimped and inserted into the housing/connector, while the opposite end is only crimped (no housing insertion). Wire lengths can differ between sides and even between individual wires, offering excellent flexibility for complex harnesses.

Powered by full-servo drives and linear motors, the EVT-701B delivers stable insertion force control, high positioning accuracy, and consistent product quality. It supports 2–8 color wires with automatic color sequencing and PIN-position insertion, eliminating manual sorting. The modular design allows the housing-insertion module to be disabled, converting the machine into a dual-head terminal crimping machine. Optional expansion for waterproof plug insertion is also available. Multiple process recipes can be stored and recalled with one touch for fast changeovers.
